Despite its growing international presence, Waelzholz has remained a family-owned business with the spirit of an SME and a long history to look back on. This is reflected in, among other ways, its financial independence, long-term future-oriented corporate planning, and short decision-making processes. The company is headed up by Dr.-Ing. Heino Buddenberg, Dipl.-Kfm. Holger Bierstedt, and Henrik Caspar Junius, M.Sc., a descendant of the company’s founder, Caspar Dietrich Wälzholz.
